Artist-in-residence, PRIM, Montréal, supported by CALQ / SAC, including first 5.1-audio piece Black Box Picnic (semaphore is dead) and first solo installation Black Box

Collaborations with visual artist Rob Kennedy, including performance event at Studio Cormier, Montréal, with Séverine Hubard

Album release: Falkirk (Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra, Barry Guy and Maya Homburger), FMR Records

2006:

Collaborations with visual artist Karena Nomi - Nomi and Dowling in residence at RUC on InterAct project, produced by SNYK, Denmark
